What is SmartPocket?
SmartPocket is a felt door-hanging phone pocket that gives phones a simple place to live during screen-free moments at home — like dinner, bedtime, homework and family time.
How many phones does it hold?
SmartPocket holds up to 4 phones — 2 on each side.
Where can I hang it?
SmartPocket is designed to hang over a standard internal door handle. It works well in kitchens, hallways, living rooms, bedrooms or any shared space where phones tend to creep in.
Does it need fixing to the door?
No. SmartPocket simply hooks over an internal door handle. There are no tools, no drilling and no complicated setup.
Will my phone fit?
SmartPocket is ideal for phones up to 14cm tall with smooth cases. Larger phones or grippy/bulky cases may feel tight.
What is SmartPocket made from?
SmartPocket is made from lightweight grey felt.
How do I clean it?
Gently spot-clean with a slightly damp cloth and allow it to air dry. Do not machine wash.
Which pack should I choose?
One SmartPocket works beautifully for one key spot at home. Choose 2 or 3 if you’d like phone drop spots in more than one room — handy for the kitchen, living room or bedrooms.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £3.99.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 6–10 working days for delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to mainland UK only. This does not include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man or Channel Islands.
Can I return it?
Yes. If something isn’t right, please email us first at smartpocketuk@gmail.com so we can help. Returns are accepted within 28 days as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
